The second of our Birthday beers, it's time for another Big DIPA. A grist of almost 50% wheat and oats create a super soft, pillowy texture and clean base for the hops to shine. An all Southern Hemisphere hop bill of Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy Spectrum and a sprinkle of Riwaka, this beer is unique and provides juicy, savoury and dank notes. We're getting grapefruit, dried apricot, gooseberry, fresh mown grass and a subtle herbaceous finish.
